Patients with hemoglobin variants can be in depth analyzed by simple mode change to β - thalassemia program.
No sample preparation and very little hands - on time by the operator is required for the H9 Analyzer. The sampling station accepts bar - coded primary tubes, samples from the closed tube and dilutes and injects the specimen into the chromatographic station for analysis. Results are managed by Lifotronic's Patient Data Management Software ™ (PDM), which can be synchronized with the laboratory information system (LIS) in real time. Lifotronic provides complete assay kits for HbA2c and β - thalassemia on the H9 Analyzer.
